BELL RIDER WHITMORE WINS XTERRRA WORLD TITLE

Bell rider Jaime Whitmore won the 2004 Nissan Xterra World Championships in October. She's made a name for herself in this challenging triathalon-meets-the- mountain event. In 2004, Whitmore won the Xterra USA Championship title for the third consecutive year.

The Xterra event consists of an ocean swim, a mountain bike race and a trail run. Whitmore won the world title in three hours and one minute. She competes in Bell's new Sweep helmet, which debuted on professional cyclists in this year's Tour de France.
